Our Firm

Surya Capitale Securities LLC. (SCS), founded in 2010, is a registered broker dealer focused on Mergers and Acquisitions advisory and private placements of equity and debt. We aim to specialize in providing solutions for opportunity zone fund and related projects and investments.

We are an independent boutique firm, without the conflicts inherent in the traditional investment banking model.

Our objective is to deliver advice to public and private companies on capital structure; then, empower them to raise capital in a smarter, more efficient manner. From initial positioning to final negotiations, SCS manages the process end-to-end while working diligently to understand our client’s distinctive needs in order to tailor an effective and efficient fundraising process. Our deal focus is open with willingness to work on global transactions.

SCS team members have years of experience in structuring transactions as well as raising equity and/or debt capital on behalf of growth company clients to fund expansion, acquisitions and shareholder liquidity. Focused and unbiased advice is at the heart of every SCS team member

Opportunity Zone Fund

The Tax Cuts and Jobs Act, enacted on Dec. 22, 2017 by Congress has established a community development program whereby investors may realize significant tax deferral opportunities as a result of re-investing their recent capital gains in low-income urban and rural communities nationwide. The investor may achieve this by way of investing prior gains in a Qualified Opportunity Fund designed to invest in eligible property that is located in an Opportunity Zone.

Private Placement

SCS is licensed to provide private placement and M&A advisory services. We are authorized to raise capital for companies in form of debt or equity.
